Pacific Stormwater BMP Solutions (Pac Storm) was founded due to a desperate need in the marketplace for a qualified, industry-trained, and less expensive solution to stormwater maintenance requirements and regulations.
Gordon Clem, owner, and operator, started his career in stormwater in 1993 as a Sales Engineer for a national precast vault company. Gordon then moved through the ranks as a Regional, District, and National Maintenance Manager for one of the nation’s largest designers and manufacturers of stormwater treatment systems. His experience exposed him to the variable needs, concerns, and solutions of his vast customer base.
With over 23 years of working within the stormwater treatment field, Pac Storm’s goal is to be a market leader in stormwater maintenance. Our experience ranges from designing and sizing Best Management Practices (BMP) systems all the way through the actual installation process. We originated as a stormwater maintenance provider, not as a do-all vacuum truck company.
