Gordon Clem, owner and operator, started his career in stormwater in 1993 as a Sales Engineer for a national precast vault company. Gordon then moved through the ranks as a Regional, District, and National Maintenance Manager for one of the nation’s largest designers and manufacturers of stormwater treatment systems.
